The Earthshot Prize is a £1,000,000 award given to each of 5 winners who are making strides in combating the climate crisis. Like the Moonshot project the name evokes, the Prize honours monumental innovation and courage in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges.

EARTHDAY.ORG represents you on the world stage as a nominator for this prestigious award. In 2022, our nominee advanced to the finals and we’re on the lookout for the wave of trailblazers to put forward this year.

Please recommend any pioneers in the fight for the planet. Nominees may be private companies, non-profits, governments, individuals and other institutions. We’re looking for nominees who have made significant strides over the past 2-3 years and are ready to scale up with the help of this prize.

You can review previous winners for inspiration, and submit your own nominations here.
